Abstracts for Oral, Poster, and E-Poster will NOT be contained on the ICMRI2018 website.
Only invited speakers' abstracts will be displayed.
The ICMRI2018 Scientific Committee invites all interested individuals to submit scientific abstracts for oral and poster presentation.
Submitted abstracts can be revised using the Abstract Modification System on the website during the abstract submission period.
Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to the topic categories.
The presentation type may be changed after review by the Scientific Committee.
Abstract submission does not constitute registration for the congress and presenters are required to register for the
conference separately.

※ Some presenting authors of accepted poster and E-poster abstracts might be asked to give a two-minute oral 'pitch' with slides during the scientific sessions. Immediately after the pitches, presenters will be present for discussion in front of their posters and e-posters on a screen located in the poster session room (Emerald Hall, 3F).

3) Select two types (#1, #2) of presentation you would like to submit
4) Select two main topics (#1, #2) most appropriate for your abstract
5) Enter author information
6) Enter abstract title and text
7) Click “Preview” button and review the abstract
* It is the author’s responsibility to review and correct the abstract for typos and grammatical errors.
8) Click “Submit” button
1. All abstract submissions and presentations must be written in correct English.
2. Abstracts must describe original and previously unpublished work.
3. The abstracts should be no longer than 300 words. Word count only includes text body of your abstract.
4. Abstract titles should be brief and reflecting the content of the abstract.
5. Tables and images are required to be uploaded as attached files.
6. You can save and re-edit your abstracts online until you decide to submit them via the abstract system.
7. When submitting the finalized version of your abstract, please fill all required fields in the online system.
8. Corresponding & presenting authors will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the acceptance of his/her abstract.
9. Abstract submission does not constitute registration for the congress and presenters are required to register for the
congress separately.
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to reviewing procedures.
Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to abstract submitting authors only.
If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by March 9, 2018, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
If you must withdraw an abstract, please notify the Secretariat in writing as soon as possible.
